🔧 Your Role

The Workshop General Laborer position is focused on hands-on work and providing support to the technical teams.

On-the-job training is provided for this position.

• Prepare, clean, and handle stators and armatures
• Perform stator or armature burn-out operations
• Sandblast and clean parts
• Assist coil winders and mechanics with equipment handling
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Perform various manual tasks in support of workshop operations

• Good manual skills and an interest in mechanical or industrial work

   

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift loads (approximately 50 lb)

   

• Attention to detail and respect for work procedures
